Wakefully Yours Disclosure
(updated June 2025.)
Wakefully Yours is not a therapeutic container.
Although both Meg Broadhead and Amber Smith are licensed mental health professionals, the content and services offered through Wakefully Yours—including coaching sessions, community gatherings, resources, and written or recorded material—are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, or medical advice.
By participating in Wakefully Yours in any capacity, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
This space is for personal and spiritual growth, intuitive exploration, and community connection. It is designed to support your awakening journey—but it is not mental health treatment, and we are not operating as your therapists within this container.
No therapist-client relationship is established by engaging with this platform, attending events, participating in coaching, or consuming content from Wakefully Yours.
Coaching sessions offered as part of your membership or package are considered educational and exploratory in nature. They are meant to support your personal development and not to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health condition.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical support, we urge you to seek help from a licensed mental health provider in your area. Participation in Wakefully Yours is not appropriate for those in acute psychological distress.
Confidentiality: While we are deeply committed to holding respectful, compassionate space, Wakefully Yours is not governed by HIPAA or the same legal standards as psychotherapy. Please use discernment when sharing personal information in community spaces.
We hold this space with love, integrity, and reverence for the healing journey—but we do so as intuitive guides and spiritual companions, not in our role as psychotherapists.
